Our physical therapy services are designed to help patients manage a variety of musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and orthopedic issues. We provide one-on-one individualized care to ensure the best possible outcomes. Treatment plans are tailored to the specific needs and goals of each patient, but often include manual therapy, Pilates-based exercises, holistic interventions, and patient education.

Our telehealth services allow patients to be evaluated and treated from the comfort of their own home. Virtual sessions are conducted by a licensed physical therapist using a secure video chat and follow the same format as in-person sessions. This is a great alternative for people who are unable to make it to the clinic or who need a tune-up for their home exercise program.

Our small group classes are taught by a licensed physical therapist. They are designed to release muscle tension, minimize muscular imbalances, improve posture and body awareness, and improve confidence in mobility. Each class is limited to 5 participants to ensure personalized attention in a supportive group environment.

What People are Saying

I am a very active 53 year old. While training for an Iron Man, my previous lower back injury was limiting my flexibility and training. Stephanie worked with me for several months on Postural Restoration Therapy and my lower back pain abated.

She has also helped me with an array of other injuries. Stephanie is a critical component of recovery process and injury prevention. I would highly recommend her!!

Stephanie is straight up amazing, guys. I have a complicated genetic illness that causes constant body wide pain and extensive joint problems, and many physical therapists that I've worked with in the past weren't quite up to the task of treating me. Stephanie is different. Her smart, supportive, whole body approach has totally changed my life. Because of Stephanie, I am stronger than I have been in years and my daily pain has been drastically reduced. She is super knowledgeable and has an impressive understanding of anatomy and function, which translates into effective care and treatment plans that provide lasting relief, even for difficult to treat bodies like mine. I really wish I'd found Stephanie sooner. She's the best!

I began experiencing relief from my chronic back pain after my very first appointment with Stephanie. The take-home exercises she assigned and the advice she gave me about sleeping and sitting positions continue to help me.

Stephanie is a straight-up magician. I’m a reasonably fit 61-yr-old avid cyclist. First saw Stephanie 2+ years ago for lower back pain that big chain PTs were not much help for. She basically cured me. I still see her every couple of months for a lower back tune up. Recently I smashed my foot on a chair leg (I know); weeks after, I was resigned to going to a doctor but first let Stephanie take a look. She poked and prodded and rubbed my foot and after two sessions I was ready for ballet. I have 1000% confidence in her judgment and professional ability.
