About
0214_edited.jpg

Our physical therapy services are designed to help patients manage a variety of musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and orthopedic issues. We provide one-on-one individualized care to ensure the best possible outcomes. Treatment plans are tailored to the specific needs and goals of each patient, but often include manual therapy, Pilates-based exercises, holistic interventions, and patient education.

Our telehealth services allow patients to be evaluated and treated from the comfort of their own home. Virtual sessions are conducted by a licensed physical therapist using a secure video chat and follow the same format as in-person sessions. This is a great alternative for people who are unable to make it to the clinic or who need a tune-up for their home exercise program.

Our small group classes are taught by a licensed physical therapist. They are designed to release muscle tension, minimize muscular imbalances, improve posture and body awareness, and improve confidence in mobility. Each class is limited to 5 participants to ensure personalized attention in a supportive group environment.

What People are Saying

"I began experiencing relief from my chronic back pain after my very first appointment with Stephanie. The take-home exercises she assigned and the advice she gave me about sleeping and sitting positions continue to help me."
