One-on-one care. Patients always work with a licensed physical therapist for the entirety of their PT session. Patients work with the same physical therapist each session to maintain continuity of care.

They listen intently and focus on understanding the body in front of them. Attention remains on a single patient - not on multiple patients, not on writing notes, and not on supervising aides or assistants.
