Initial Evaluation

The initial physical therapy evaluation consists of a thorough subjective and physical exam. You and your therapist will then discuss the examination findings and the recommended treatment plan. You will likely begin treatment during this session and leave with an exercise program for home.

Treatment

Each subsequent physical therapy session begins with a brief reassessment, followed by one-on-one treatment with your physical therapist for the duration of the session. Treatment at any given session may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, posture retraining, or upgrades in your home exercise program.

Telehealth

20% Discount

Virtual sessions follow a format similar to in-person sessions except they are performed remotely. A 20% discount is currently available for virtual sessions.

Group Classes

50 minutes

Group classes are currently limited to 5 participants. This small group setting allows the instructor to personalize attention and feedback, ensuring proper form and maximizing the benefits.

Single Class: $25

5 Class Package: $100 ($20 per class)

Cancellation

Indepth Physical Therapy requires at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel a session without charge. Failure to provide 24 hours notice for cancelled physical therapy services will result in a $75 cancellation fee. Failure to provide 24 hours notice for group classes will result in a $20 cancellation fee.

No Show

Failure to attend a scheduled session without giving advance notice will result in full charge of your scheduled session. A session cancelled within one hour of your appointment time is considered a "no show" and will result in full charge.

Indepth Physical Therapy does not accept insurance. Payment is required in full at the time of service. Although claims will not be submitted to insurance on your behalf, a superbill for you to submit to insurance may be provided for physical therapy services.
